Margaret JONES GRIFFITH ²

Margaret was the eldest daughter of Griffith Jones, who farmed at Gwaun-y-Gwiail in the Parish of Llanllechid, and his wife Mary Williams. She married William Pritchard (qv) in 1819, and raised their seven surviving children in the Parish of Eglwysbach, where William was a farmer.

Margaret married William WILLIAMS PRITCHARD, son of Richard WILLIAMS and Mary, on 5 Nov 1819 in St Llechid, Llanllechid, Caernarvonshire.¹ (William WILLIAMS PRITCHARD was christened on 11 Aug 1791 in St Llechid, Llanllechid, Caernarvonshire,³ died on 12 Dec 1875 in Bryn Gwian, Eglwysbach, Denbighshire ^{6 7} and was buried on 16 Dec 1875 in St Martin, Eglwysbach, Denbighshire ⁴.)
