John was the youngest surviving son, and a whalebone merchant and haberdasher in Monkwell St in the City of London. He was only 34 when he died in 1726. ![]() John married Mary COLLMAN, daughter of Robert COLLMAN and Sarah, on 8 May 1709 in St Botolph Aldgate, London.1 (Mary COLLMAN was born in 1690,6 died on 30 Mar 1775 in Aske's Hospital, Hoxton, Middlesex and was buried on 6 Apr 1775 in St Leonard, Shoreditch, Middlesex 7.) |
