bullet  Notes:

Jean came from Cambrai in Hainaut Province, the likely home of his wife Marie De Santhuns (qv). Their two oldest sons Jean (qv) and Arnold were born in Cambrai, while their youngest son Isaac was baptised in Canterbury in 1608. Arnold and his family remained in Canterbury. Isaac moved to London where he was a successful merchant, and married Marie Du Quesne: their two surviving sons Isaac and Jacob were both Freemen in the Company of Dyers, and married daughters of George Juice, a Draper in London; and their daughter Mary married Nathaniel Denew, also a Dyer.
