The eldest daughter Mary married John Rouse of Warwick: they had two daughters. The younger son Richard was living in Churchill in Oxfordshire when he married Elizabeth Simmons in 1790: they had one son who died young. The next daughter Rachel (qv) married her cousin William (qv). Cornelius secondly married Sarah Halloway. They had six sons, all surviving infancy. The eldest son James died when he was 16. The second son Thomas farmed at Weston Park in the Parish of Long Compton: he married his second cousin Jane Fawdry and had 10 children. The third son Cornelius was a farmer in Gretton in Gloucestershire, a Methodist, and had six children with his wife Ester Wells: their two youngest daughters emigrated with their husbands to Tasmania. The next son John was named as a beneficiary in his father's will, but has not been traced thereafter. Next was George, who was a milkman in Birmingham: he married his cousin Rachel Fawdry and had two children. The youngest son Charles died when he was 16.
