Notes: Thomas was the youngest of five children, and his will shows that he was a tinner. He married Joan Robins (qv) in 1732. They had two sons: Robert who inherited his father's tinning equipment, and was described as a yeoman of Tremayle in Lanivet when he died in 1808; and Richard (qv). Thomas married Jane ROBINS, daughter of Nicholas ROBINS and Joan GATTY, on 3 Jun 1732 in St Nivet, Lanivet, Cornwall.1 (Jane ROBINS was christened on 7 Mar 1711 in St Cyriacus and St Julietta, Luxulyan, Cornwall 4 and was buried on 19 Jan 1767 in St Nivet, Lanivet, Cornwall 3.) |
