Notes: Sampson may have been the tailor who leased land in Nanstallon in the Parish of Lanivet in 1700. He married Joan Martyn in 1692 in Lanivet. They had three sons, the first two dying in infancy, and their youngest son was named John (qv). Sampson married Joane MARTYN on 1 Nov 1692 in St Nivet, Lanivet, Cornwall.1 (Joane MARTYN died Of in Bodmin, Cornwall 4 and was buried on 10 Feb 1702 in St Nivet, Lanivet, Cornwall 5.) Sampson next married Mary TRUGEAN on 2 Sep 1702 in St Petroc, Bodmin, Cornwall.2 |
