Henry was a clothier in Lymington (another Henry Dod was buried in Lymington in 1672, and may have been his father). Henry married Mary Jordan (qv) in 1672 in Boldre, and identfied five children in his will of 1698. He left a house to his wife Mary, and a half share of a house in Lymington to each of his younger daughters Mary Clark (qv) and Anna Dod. His three older children Elizabeth Bursett, Henry Dod and Robert Dod were his joint executors and residuary legatees. ![]() Henry married Mary JORDAN on 17 Oct 1672 in St John the Baptist, Boldre, Hampshire.1 (Mary JORDAN died after 1697 4.) |
