Thomas was a widower when he married Anne Yeates (qv) in 1771, when he was 'of Buckingham'. They are thought to have had four children: a daughter Penelope (qv), and three sons known from the wills of their mother's relatives. Their son George Leigh Bailey was a shoe maker in Wellingborough, and was given a small bequest by his sister Penelope. ![]() Thomas married Ann YEATES, daughter of Samuel YEATES and Bridget SMITH, on 11 Jul 1771 in St Peter and St Paul, Buckingham.1 (Ann YEATES died Aft 1826, Of in Somers Town, Middlesex 6.) |
