bullet  Notes:

Nathaniel is not an ancestor, but two of his children (Nathaniel and Sarah) married into the Wilkinson family, so he has been included. He was a surgeon in Bishops Stortford in Hertfordshire. Most of his children were baptized in the Water Lane Independent Chapel, and two of his sons were non-conformist Ministers. Another son Reginald was a malster in Bishops Stortford, and the widow of his son William emigrated to Australia in 1832. His youngest daughter Mary married William Cribb, who was also a surgeon in Bishop's Stortford.
